I have commented on my blog Red Between the Lines on the Student Strike in Quebec under the heading Education.
While one jeune Qubecois student claims that student protestors are NOT anarchists, perhaps they should be.
The Quebec Minister of Education has offered them nothing but hot air in response to their strike. He admits he has no money all he can offer them is "talk" and more "talk", which is a polite way of saying he is offering them bullsh*t.
As anarchists, they would occupy their schools and start reforming them to be democratic institutions controled by students and workers. A Lesson from France in '68 would be appropriate here. Students be realistic Demand the Impossible.
