Meanwhile, Paul Martin is desperately looking for something concrete to govern on. The Liberal Party is currently conducting a poll to know if Ontarians would be more inclined to vote Liberal if Paul Martin called a referendum on Senate reform if the provinces cannot reach an agreement. Pendant ce temps, Paul Martin cherche frénétiquement quelque chose de concret pour gouverner. Le Parti Libéral est présentement en train d'effectuer un sondage pour savoir si les Ontariens seraient plus enclins à voter Libéral si Paul Martin faisait un référendum sur la réforme du Sénat si les provinces n'arrivent pas à s'entendre.
