Ici, j'ai commenté la sortie du rapport de la vérificatrice générale puis j'ai noté qu'il était ironique de rappeler les propos de Jack Layton en 2002 selon qui le scandale Enron avait montré que la fonction publique était intègre contrairement au secteur privé. Bien que ce ne soit pas directement lié au scandale des commandites, il est bon de rappeler que le coût du registre des armes à feu vient de grimper à 2 milliards, 1000 fois plus que ce qu'on prévoyait initialement. Paul Martin affirme qu'il démissionera si une enquête publique révèle qu'il était au courant des pratiques douteuses du programme des commandites, mais je crois qu'il bluffe. Finalement, si la chute du PLC dans les sondages est durable, cela pourrait bien transformer la scène politique fédérale et la rendre complètement folle.
